Welcome to Zibster Custom Website!

Please take your time to complete the questionnaire below with as much detail and accuracy as possible. Our team will build your Zibster Custom Website based on the information you provide and your responses to this questionnaire.

 

Your Custom Site will be designed using Zibster’s template platform. This service adds a custom touch within the framework of the Zibster platform and includes creating unique design elements to represent your business. This process includes:

  • Your content and images being placed and styled on a Zibster template
  • A maximum of 10 pages (we recommend 300 words per page)
  • A maximum of 200 images (we recommend 15-20 images per gallery)
  • Application of custom code, if appropriate
  • Three (3) rounds of revisions
  • Up to 10 hours of service time (including time spent on the phone with our team)

This service does not include setting up a Store, Forms, Mood Boards, Scheduler, or Blog posts. Additionally, it is subject to the technological limitations of the Zibster template system.

This service must be completed within 30 days. The actual timeline is dependent on how quickly we receive your questionnaire, content, and feedback. See the service agreement for more details.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!

1) Submit your completed questionnaire

2) Schedule your initial consultation (optional)

  • You will receive a link to schedule a call with us by email once your questionnaire has been received. A consultation call is not required. You may choose if you'd like to have one at the start of your service, and can select a day and time that works for you.

3) Gather and submit content to us for review

  • Note: Your designer will not begin the design process until all of your site's content has been uploaded into Zibster.

4) Receive initial site mock-up of core pages, including home page and 2 secondary pages

  • You will receive your mock-up within 7 business days of receiving your content.

5) Review site, submit design edits 

  • Your service includes 2 rounds of website design edits. We require (by email/in writing) a full, detailed list with any revisions or changes to ensure nothing is missed with future updated drafts. We cannot act on feedback which is not received in writing.

6) Launch Website

  • Once your custom website is completed, our Web Consultants and Customer Support Team will take care of your domain setup and get your website launched. Our Web Consultants are also available to help you learn how to use, update, and maintain your new website. This includes helping you connect your existing domain to your new Zibster Custom Site or helping you purchase a new domain through your Zibster control panel.

IMAGES

In order to set up your content in the template of your choice, after you complete this questionnaire we will need you to send us the following:

    • Images to go on your website
      • We will load up to 200 images on your site. We recommend including 15-20 images per image gallery. You will have the ability to upload additional images once the service is completed.
      • Images should be in jpg or png format.
      • Load your images to the Image Clipboard located under the Files tab on your Photobiz Builder.
      • We will create folders so you can organize your images by desired page.

TEXT CONTENT

In order to set up your content in the template of your choice, after you complete this questionnaire we will need you to send us the following:

  • Text for the pages of your website
    • This service includes building up to 10 pages.
    • We recommend that all websites have at least a homepage, about page, and contact page and about 300 words per page.
    • You may wish to include other pages such as information, investment, services, testimonials, etc. We encourage you to think about what makes the most sense for you and your business!
    • Load your text content to Documents located under the Files tab. File formats should be PDF, DOC, DOCX, or ZIP.
    • Our pro team will develop all the written content for your website, ensuring it resonates with your business's audience. If you already have text content prepared, we can use that content instead.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

The Zibster Custom Site Service is limited to a 30-day service term and includes 10 hours of total work done by our Pro Services Team. This 10-hour work limit includes time spent building your website, as well as any consultations and follow-up discussions. The Service is limited to adjusting templates and creating custom design elements to represent your business. The Service is limited by the technological limitations of the Zibster template system. During the Service, if any questions or issues arise unrelated to the Service, they will be handled by our support department.

The Zibster Custom Site Service is not an ongoing service. No adjustments will be made after the Service is complete. Additional requests that fall outside of the 30-day service period or 10-hour work limit will be considered a separate, custom service and billed at a standard rate of $150/hour.

A maximum of 10 pages will be designed. The Custom Site Service includes three (3) rounds of revisions. 

Before we begin designing your site, we require your content, including text and images desired on your new site. 

The Service is limited to building and launching one (1) website. The Service does not include copywriting or marketing work or the set up of other products (e.g., Blog posts, Ecommerce, Mood Boards, Forms, and Marketing). If you’d like to have us set up any of these other products, it will be considered a separate, custom service and billed at a standard rate of $150/hour. 

The Service shall be completed within 30 days of project inception (the date of your initial consultation). After the 30 days have passed, Zibster's work on the Service is complete. 

A thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applies to unstarted Zibster Services; however, once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and will not be refunded. Because of the nature of the Services, Zibster cannot give refunds after it has begun or completed its work. The submission of this questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work.
